Inspection fees listed represent a typical 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with
attached garage. (Additional charges may be included for extra
bedrooms/baths, extra kitchens, multiple HVAC units, detached
structures, age of home, etc).

Up to 1800 sf = $375
1801-2400 sf = $400
2401-2900 sf = $425
2901-3400 sf = $495
3401-3800 sf = $550
Over 3800 sf = Call
Duplex = $600
Triplex = $750
Fourplex = $1000
MoHo - Single/Double = $375
MoHo - Triple = $425
Additional charges
Escrow Billing = $90
Appliance RecallChek = $25 with inspection
$60 ordered separately
Payment is expected at the time of inspection.
Cash, check, Visa/Mastercard accepted.
Fees collected through escrow will include a
$90 service fee.
